Honda - Petcock Assembly - 16950-MEA-672

I changed the petcock of my VTX 1300. I didn't even move my tank, what I did was, close the old petcock so fuel don't flow when I remove the gas line then started the bike till run out of fuel. After that I remove the ring around the fuel line and I push the line out of the petcock. When remove, I took a big wrench to unscrew the nut holding the petcock to the tank and simply move it down out of the way when done. In my case the filter was stuck in the tank; I took needle pliers and pry downward to get it out of the way. I make sure was no old oring inside and installed same way I took it a part. I was quoted $80 but really took me 5 minutes. No problems after I put the new petcock leaking or anything like that.
