This wasn't really a repair per se. I'd replaced the factory exhaust on my DRZ400S with an FMF pipe, and the new piece didn't allow me to use the factory heat shield. Wanting to retain the factory look, I ordered a Honda stay and clip, modified the stay a bit and attached both to the pipe with a stainless steel hose clamp. The bike now looks just like it did from the factory, and I don't have to worry so much about the infamous mid-pipe burn. 2WheelPros.com had the parts I needed, and they were significantly cheaper than the dealer or other sites. Can't wait to use them again.
