Kawasaki - Belt, Converter - 59011-0012

My Kawasaki Mule 2510 Diesel stopped moving. The engine would rev up, but the Mule would not move. I suspected that the drive belt in the torque converter had worn out. After all, we've had the Mule for over 13 years on the original drive belt. I ordered a new drive belt from 2WheelPros. I had to remove the drive pulley to replace the belt. I noticed that the drive pulley had a broken part. I disassembled the drive pulley and ordered replacement parts from 2WheelPros. It turns out that while Kawasaki provides detailed directions for rebuilding the drive pulley, they recommend that you replace the drive pulley rather than rebuild it. I talked with our dealer's service manager and he said that they replace rather than rebuild. There were many worn parts in the drive pulley and it is very difficult to dismantle the internals, so I followed the recommendation. I returned the repair parts to 2WheelPros and ordered the drive pulley ("Converter-Assy-Drive") from 2WheelPros. By the way, 2WheelPros' prices are 20% less than the dealer's. I did all my ordering from 2WheelPros using their web site. Finding the parts was easy and the response time was excellent. I usually had my parts in less time than they estimated.
