Suzuki - Cover, Side, Lh, (Black) - 94450-06G00-291

So I purchased a 2006 Suzuki VStrom DL1000 with only 26 k miles on it z. The previous owner had put some rider foot pegs in a crazy location at the top of the Givi tank protection bars. He had tipped it over at dome point and cracked the louvered engine intake so it was just hanging by one screw on the bike. A very short handled phillips screw drive to remove the inside screws after removing the side cover screws and loosening/ removing most of the bracket screws from the left side of the bike to allow fir some flexibility in the fiberglass components. Once the inside phillips head screws where back in place just screw it all back together and your done. I also added a new set of Givi tank protector bars that should be barely mounted just to line them up before you tighten all the fore- mentioned screws for the body parts back in place. A fairly easy fix just lots to loosen and tighten back up. Good luck with your side cover replacement !!
