Triumph - Chain Rubbing Strip - T2057358

Simple job. Put the Sprint ST on the center stand, remove the front sprocket cover,"5 screws" with chisel bend back the tab on the locking washer of front sprocket, put foot on brake, put socket on sprocket nut, remove nut and lock washer. Loosen rear pinch bolt on rear sprocket, use Triumph tool to slack chain, slide front sprocket off shaft, remove top allen screw of chain rubber ,"by rear axel on top of swing arm, remove lower allen screw bottom of swing arm. remove old part ,put new part in place, oil it ,put front sprocket and chain on Tighten front sprocket nut to 98 ft lbs, bend lock washer down on a bolt flat,,re install cover re adjust chain, Torque rear pinch bolt to 40 ft lbs ,oil chain .done! 1/2 hour job. Might look up torque values to see that they are correct. easy pleasy job.
