The parts pertinent to my bike’s footgear were broken and needed fixing. My mechanic used Adept Powersports’ website to find out these parts referencing the pertinent diagram provided by their website. He was able to replace fix the bike using the parts for less than an hour aside from installing the Torsion Spring. After contacting Adept about it, they explained the diagram referenced incorrectly labeled the wrong Spring part and for free gave a new correct Spring. They also said they updated their diagram to prevent the same mistake happening by anyone. As long as you communicate well to them, Adept cares about how your experience goes with fixing your bike.
