These bags have a roomy, formed plastic interior and are covered by a durable, leather-look vinyl. The lids completely cover the tops of the bags for weather-resistant cargo protection. The lids are held closed by large, easy to operate clips on leather-look straps featuring stylish Victory-branded buckles.
