Water was running out of the water pump, but it was hard to see where it was coming from. I checked the hose and 2 pipe locations and it seemed to be coming from the connections. I wrapped some teflon tape around the joints to test and everything dried up. Ordered the seal and rings and installed them. No more leaks! I would have rated it Easy if it weren't for the steps needed to remove the bottom pipe.

Oil leak around gear shifter shaft. When i tore into it i discovered the oil was coming from the water pump to crank case connection.
So i replaced the O ring seal. Its still was leaking, so i took it back apart and added 2 orings and put it back together and it still leaked, so took it back apart and added RTV to the double O rings and it still leaked, starting to get a little pissed off now. So i removed the water pump 1 more time and started looking closely at the water pump housing for a hairline crack and noticed a weep hole in the body of the pump behind the internal water pump shaft oil seal and determined the internal oil shaft seal was bad. Ordered a new water pump and presto no more oil drips. I hope this helps someone with a similar situation.
