Easy job when original parts are used. Just replace the old fuel valve with the new kit; and ready to go, to enjoy my bike....

Now it is working perfectly, no more leaks and no more over fuel supply to engine, nice...

I have not been riding my '96 Triumph Sprint for a while (riding my Tiger more lately), but decided to pull it out and give it a spin. Fired it up and smelled a bit of gas... Took a look at the petcock and I could see it was weeping ever so slightly. I assume the gaskets have degraded over time (or due to ethanol in the gas). I toyed with the idea of buying a rebuild kit w/ just new gaskets, but I decided she's 24 years old now so maybe just replace the petcock instead.
Of course the tank was completely full.. the bike is like the Exxon-Valdez, 6.6 gallons. So all the other bikes got a top up... lawn mower too

Sure enough, new tap arrived on time and fitting it was easy.
Bike back to 100%

The original fuel tap knob cracked and a piece broke out inside so the knob didn't turn the fuel tap to reserve or Prime. The new knob Looks identical on the outside with all the correct markings. But the inside looks like it's made heavier and fits very snug it was very easy to replace and now works perfect. Thanks for your fast shipping.
