When will my order ship?

AdeptPowersports.com works hard to ship your order as soon as possible! Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days, many ship the same day! Depending on the manufacturer or items purchased some items can take longer. All estimated ship times are listed in your shopping cart for each item at the time of checkout.

In the even of an unforeseen delay, we will notify you as soon as we are made aware of any delay in the fulfillment of your order. Information concerning your order status may also be found by logging in to your account and clicking on Order Status link on top of any page.

Note: OEM Parts ship times may vary depending on the manufacturer and availability. Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1-6 business days depending on the manufacturer. We try to provide as much information as possible on availability and "time to ship" on every product page as well as on the shopping cart summary page before you check out.

Shipping Options

AdeptPowersports.com may use UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, Fedex Home Delivery, USPS or OnTrac at our discretion to ship your order. The shopping cart summary page will display the total shipping charge for your order. We offer free shipping on many items we sell.

Certain shipments valued at over $250 may require signature upon delivery.

Additional / Handling Fees:

AdeptPowersports.com reserves the right to charge additional handling fees on the following orders:

• Orders to rural locations
• Oversized orders (i.e. motorcycle and ATV frames, large bodywork, as well as other large items)
• Partially shipped orders

If applicable, you will be notified of any additional charges at checkout or by a customer service representative.

Shipping to FPO / APO / PO Boxes, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

We can ship most products to FPO/APOs, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and PO Boxes via USPS. Please note that shipping to FPO/APO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands may take an additional 2-5 days longer to ship. Some oversized items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO/PO Boxes as the post office will not accept large packages. We also cannot send items such as batteries, tires, and chemicals to a PO Box due to USPS restrictions.

International Shipping

We can ship to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico and Guam using our standard checkout
